The latest Apex Legends patch, released alongside Season Breach, delivers sweeping changes that impact both gameplay mechanics and player experience. Headlining the update is the introduction of Hardlight Meshes—destructible, semi-transparent barriers that block bullets while altering movement.
These new structures encourage creative strategies. Players can breach them to create unexpected attack routes, while defensive teams can use them to hold positions.
